We prefer payment by Direct Debit
It is the least effort for both of us — you are told before anything is taken, and you can cancel it yourself at any time.
The link takes you to GoCardless. Your bank details are given to them, not typed into this website — we never see or store them.
Can I pay one-off payments with this?
Yes. It supports one-off payments as well as recurring ones.
How does it work?
Click the link and you will be taken to gocardless.com. There you can securely supply your bank details to us, and you will get a confirmation email. You will also be notified three days before any funds are taken.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel your Direct Debit mandate at any time through your online banking, or by contacting us.
Who are GoCardless?
GoCardless is a Bacs-approved Direct Debit provider, working with over 30,000 businesses across the UK including Thomas Cook, the Guardian and HM Government.
What protects me?
You will be notified before each payment is taken, and your payments are covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee, so you are guaranteed a refund if a payment is ever taken in error.
